Founded in 2014 with the mission to bring to Waukegan, IL the flavor and passion that characterize Honduran cuisine, Catrachos has become a gastronomic reference that attracts families of all nationalities. They discover how our food resonates with other Latin American sister cuisines. But, above all, they discover that for us, as much as the taste and quality of the food, good service and family atmosphere are important.
